Resources

It is the responsibility of the Registrant to download/save/bookmark any resources provided in a course. Registrants will not have access to the course beyond the period of enrollment.

Failure to Complete

Registrants will have access to their purchased courses for the length of time indicated for each course (e.g. 30 days, 60 days, etc.). Failure to complete the course within the indicated time frame will require Registrants to enroll and purchase a new spot at a later date.

Return/Refunds/Cancellation Policy

If Registrants are unable to participate in the course(s) purchased (online/in-person), they have up to one (1) year to re-register and complete the same course that is offered within that year time frame, at no additional cost. If there are no alternative course dates that work for the Registrant, they can be issued a refund for the course purchased. There are no refunds on processing or service fees. No refunds will be issued on courses that are 25% or more completed.

If New Directions cancels a course for whatever reason, we will do our best to reschedule the offering within a one (1) year time frame. If the alternative course date(s) do not work for the Registrants, they will be issued a refund for the course purchased. There are no refunds on processing or service fees.
